Former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott have welcomed their second child, a baby girl.
According to People magazine, the baby, who will be named Stella Doreen McDermott, weighed 6lbs 8oz when she was born at a Los Angeles hospital via C-section.
Spelling had previously revealed that she was expecting a girl, saying: "I've always wanted a little girl since I'm such a girly girly."
"I immediately started crying. I couldn't believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I'll have my little girl. It's amazing."
Spelling and McDermott already have a 1-year-old son called Liam Aaron.
